How to write 6S management experience?
6S management is an upgrade of 5S, which means sorting out (SEIRI), rectifying (SEITON), cleaning (SEIKETSU), literacy (SHITSUKE) and safety. Japanese enterprises have also appeared 6S and 5S management. Because the pronunciation of the first five contents and the last (safe) English word in Japanese all start with "S", it is called 6S for short.

6S field management mode is an advanced and practical field management system method, which includes six parts: sorting, rectifying, cleaning, cleaning, literacy and safety. Its main function is to solve the problems of making good use of space, using enough space, keeping the environment clean, forming good habits and paying attention to safety for enterprises. The successful introduction of 6S can improve and enhance corporate image, promote work efficiency, shorten operation cycle, reduce production costs, effectively ensure safety, and is a good thing to improve social and economic benefits.

Rectification: Rectify the order and status of the site 1. On the basis of cleaning up, rationally plan the space and place of the site; 2. Arrange all the articles in the site according to the plan, so that they are in proper positions; 3. Make necessary signs to make everyone feel clear.

Clean: clean, clean. On the basis of rectification, clean up the site, equipment and articles to form a clean and hygienic working environment. ?

Safety: take systematic measures to ensure the safety of personnel, places and articles, and establish safety measures such as injury prevention, pollution prevention, fire prevention, waterproof, theft prevention and loss prevention.

Standardize and form norms and systems to safeguard the methods and results of the above four actions 1. Check, summarize and continuously improve; 2. Incorporate good methods and requirements into management systems and norms, clarify responsibilities, and turn surprise actions into routine actions.

Literacy cultivates habits and consciousness, and fundamentally improves the quality of personnel. Through publicity, training, incentives and other methods, the external management requirements will be transformed into employees' own habits and consciousness, so that the above activities will become conscious actions from the heart.

Cleaning, rectification, cleaning and safety are the four basic actions to improve site conditions in 6S.

"Cleanliness" is the source or beginning of improving the workplace. When cleaning, you can also refer to the following more specific and operational classification management methods: classify items into "commonly used, occasionally used and unused" and then place them in 1. Items commonly used on the website; 2. Items that are used occasionally are put in a fixed storage place; 3. Remove or dispose of unused items.

"Rectification" is associated with cleanliness. After removing unnecessary things, it is natural to rectify the site, including re-planning and layout.

"Cleaning" is best carried out after rectification. These three tasks are interrelated and orderly.

"Safety" element is a supplement to the original 5S. It is very desirable to take "key points of job site management" as the theme and add "safety". Safety is not just consciousness, it needs to be carried out independently and systematically as a major event and constantly maintained. Safety work often leads to big mistakes because of small negligence, and it is not enough to emphasize consciousness only. Therefore, the author's position has become an action element before it is upgraded to "norm", and the safety norm and consciousness should naturally be included in the latter "norm" and "literacy", so that the "safety" element can be truly integrated into the original 5S system. Compared with the popular 6S formulation, sometimes it only emphasizes "safety awareness" and is juxtaposed with "literacy", but it is not really integrated with the 5S action system and concept.

"Standardization" is a management activity that goes beyond the above basic actions. For most poorly managed workplaces, the above work is usually not paid full and systematic attention, or it is done occasionally and cannot be adhered to. When we begin to emphasize and implement 6S, we should create some momentum and engage in some sports to make everyone move and pay attention. As long as we implement it effectively, we can always change the face of the workplace quickly in a short time.

"Literacy" is the most unique element in 6S and its essence. The first five elements are very distinct "action elements", among which one to four are actions to improve the site, the fifth one raises the site improvement to the level of system and institution, and the sixth one further rises to the foundation of human consciousness. Literacy is based on people's consciousness, and improving literacy requires training, publicity, and effective use of rewards and punishments, incentives and other auxiliary means.

The implementation of 6S can make the company more standardized and tidy in the future, not only in terms of goods, but also improve the mental outlook of employees and improve work efficiency and product quality. 6S management can make enterprises change qualitatively from the grass-roots level and greatly improve production efficiency.
