1, aerial work permit is a special work permit that must be obtained by the staff engaged in scaffold climbing or installation and demolition;

2, aerial work permit is to go to the safety supervision bureau;

3, according to the regulations, special operations personnel must go to the local hospital at or above the county level for physical examination before attending the training;

4. Those who pass the medical examination can participate;

5. When signing up for training, you need to fill in the Application Form for Training Special Operators and hand in three one-inch recent photos (white or blue background, no red clothes).
