What safety education and training should production and business units organize?
Production and business units shall conduct safety education and training for employees, mainly for the following situations:

Familiar with relevant safety production rules and regulations and safety operation procedures, master the safety operation skills of this position, understand the emergency treatment measures of accidents, and know your rights and obligations in safety production.

Where production and business operation entities use labor dispatch personnel, they shall bring the labor dispatch personnel into the unified management of their employees, and educate and train the labor dispatch personnel in post safety operation procedures and safety operation skills. The labor dispatch unit shall provide the dispatched workers with necessary education and training in production safety.

When adopting new technologies, new processes, new materials or new equipment, production and business units must understand and master their safety technical characteristics, take effective safety protection measures, and conduct special safety education and training for employees.
