Crew safety training
Shipowners' crew training is mainly about safety. Since you are a shipbuilding enterprise, you should be based on the use training of emergency life-saving equipment on board. You can refer to the training manual on board.

All crew members on board must learn how to release and start lifeboats, release liferafts, use pyrotechnic signals, use fire-fighting equipment, emergency escape breathing apparatus and various fire extinguishers, and be familiar with the storage location of the above equipment.

What drivers need to master is the distress operation of various radio equipment, the use of emergency radio beacons and search and rescue radar transponders.

Engineers need to master the use of emergency generators, the use of emergency fire pumps and the operation of carbon dioxide release systems.

The above are the safety-related operations that the crew members need to know, and of course, they also need to know the use of various instruments or equipment involved in their respective duties.
