To this end, after the mobilization meeting in the investigation stage, all members of the executive court and the executive office were released from work for three days to carry out the investigation, and each executive was required to check all the closed cases by means of suspension, reconciliation, debt repayment in kind and abnormal termination. In order to ensure the accuracy of case statistics, the Education Rectification Office also actively cooperated with the case evaluation work of the archives and supervision rooms, and asked the undertaker to call out all the files of the above-mentioned related cases one by one and check them one by one.

As for the problem of clean government, this is one of the key points in the investigation stage, and you can also analyze yourself in the self-inspection report. For example, the phenomenon of "three similarities" with the parties when handling a case on a business trip; The phenomenon that the parties put forward high consumption without resolutely expressing their opposition; Going out to handle a case in Beijing, unable to rush back to the unit to have dinner with the parties or lawyers; The phenomenon of using the vehicle of the party concerned or other outsiders.

On the basis of self-examination, the Education Reform Office held a meeting with the supervision office, and determined the plan for the supervision office to check the original case of the executive staff of the executive board and the executive board to check the original case of the executive staff of the executive court, and checked nearly 900 files one by one, mainly checking the cases that were suspended and settled. In order to better find out the problems and clearly understand the actual impact of the implementation status of our hospital on the parties, the Office of the Leading Group for Centralized Education and Rectification of the Executive Group has also invited some parties or entrusted lawyers (10 1) to our hospital for discussion on the theme of seeking truth from facts and finding out the faults in implementation. The invited parties spoke enthusiastically. In the case of property preservation, the applicant's ability to provide actual guarantee was not fully considered, resulting in work delay; 8. There is a phenomenon of quick success and instant benefit when closing the case; 9. Some contractors are unscientific in handling ideas and working methods, and their professional level and working ability need to be improved; 10. Cases involving the same execution target accepted by several courts lack effective coordination, resulting in the failure to realize the rights and interests of the parties; 1 1. The parties lack autonomy in evaluating the selection of auction institutions and should be allowed to make their own choices; 12. Uncertain evaluation auction time, resulting in protracted cases; 13. The parties' right to know is not well protected; 14. Some contractors' awareness of honesty and self-discipline needs to be strengthened.

(3) Summarize the acceptance and make serious rectification.

In view of the above problems, President Li Ke mobilized for the third time, affirmed and summarized the achievements of the' education rectification activities' in the first two stages, and asked all the executives to further raise the ideological understanding of' implementing with me and reassuring with me' to a new height.

Our college also exposed this problem to some extent in the education rectification activities. In this regard, our hospital has formulated a long-term plan to improve the quality of the executive team:
