Leveling and marking
When leveling vertically, the control sideline of the ground guide groove should be popped up first, and then the installation center line and elevation control line of the beam should be popped up.
3.2.2 Installation of ground guide rail
Pry out the embedded wooden purlin at the position where the track is to be installed, and control the ink line to chisel and trim according to the previously played track chute. After meeting the installation requirements, bury and install the lower track. Note that the total length of the lower track should be 2 times of the width of the opening door+100 mm, and note that the elevation at the top of the track should be consistent with the elevation of the floor surface or slightly lower than 3 mm ..
Installation of steel beam
Automatic door steel beams are generally made of [16 ~ [22] channel steel, and both ends are welded and fixed on the embedded iron pieces of reinforced concrete door posts or walls on both sides of the door opening. The thickness of embedded parts is usually δ = 8 ~ 10 mm.
During installation, align the elevation control line with the center line of the steel beam according to the pre-played elevation control line, and pay special attention to symmetrical welding after checking the levelness with a level meter.
Chassis installation
Both the automatic door drive control cabinet and the automatic control detection device are fixedly installed on the steel beam, and their fixed connection methods include the way of fixing the steel beam with holes and bolts, and the way of connecting and fixing the welding connection plate on the steel beam. It should be noted that drilling or welding the connecting plate on the steel beam should be completed before the installation of the steel beam.
Door leaf installation
First, check whether the track is straight and smooth. If it is not smooth, polish it with a grinder and install the sliding door leaf. Elastic limit material shall be installed at the end of sliding door leaf. It is required that the door leaf slides smoothly.
shakedown test/debug
Turn on the power supply, and adjust the detection angle and response sensitivity of the microwave sensor to achieve the best working condition.
