Anyone who abides by national laws and regulations, abides by professional ethics and meets one of the following conditions may apply to take the qualification examination for cost engineers:

(a) to enter oneself for an examination as a junior cost engineer shall meet one of the following conditions:

1, technical secondary school or above major in engineering cost;

2, other professional technical secondary school degree or above, engaged in project cost work for one year.

(two) to apply for intermediate level shall meet one of the following conditions:

1, obtained the certificate of primary level, and has at least two achievements in project cost in the past two years;

2 with engineering cost or engineering economics professional college degree or above, engaged in engineering cost work for two years.

(three) to declare the advanced level should meet the following conditions:

1, with intermediate cost engineer qualification for more than four years;

2, with intermediate or above technical titles;

3. In recent two years, he has made remarkable achievements in engineering cost editing, management, theoretical research and book teaching.
