In many enterprises, especially the giant Fortune 500 enterprises, the word "consultant" exists in every department, but the word "consultant" is more like a useless code besides legal consultant. Legal counsel is different. In a socialist society ruled by law, law is an essential weapon for every enterprise to prevent and control risks. Without it, the operation of enterprises can be described as perilous and difficult, which shows the status and importance of legal advisers.
During my internship, I helped improve the legal management system of xx Technology Co., Ltd. and constantly improved it. Assist xx Technology Co., Ltd. in the legal aspects involved in the pre-listing process, put forward legal suggestions and assist in the declaration work; Collect, sort out and publish laws, regulations and related information related to xx Technology Co., Ltd. During this period, I further studied relevant legal knowledge and got a deeper understanding of the importance of law. In the first week of internship, my main task is to adjust my mentality and get into the working state as soon as possible.
