In this system, an SLA template is initialized by default, and the time indicators in the template are set according to the common indicators of IT service industry. However, in actual business activities, SLA time indicators are often different due to the differences of project and service demanders.
Therefore, most users still need to configure multiple sets of SLA templates. Service provider type users are located in Project/Directory Template /SLA Template, and owner type users are located in Service/Service Directory /SLA. Click the+sign after Template Name to add a template.
