First, training objectives
Persons who hold the post qualification certificate of witness sampler with the endorsement valid to 202 1 65438+2 3 1 (valid for three years) and are engaged in engineering construction management in enterprises and institutions. If you fail to participate in continuing education within the time limit this year, your practice certificate will automatically become invalid.
Second, the registration method and requirements
1. To sign up for continuing education, witness samplers should bring relevant registration materials to Suzhou Jianke Vocational Training School for on-site preliminary registration, and the training institutions will organize and arrange relevant training work in a unified way.
2. Relevant materials to be provided for registration:
(1) Registration Form;
(2) a copy of the ID card;
(3) Original and photocopy of witness sampling certificate;
(4) Two bareheaded photos of 1 inch;
(5) Registration summary table (electronic documents shall be submitted for on-site registration review).
Three. Charging standard, place and time of payment
1, charging standard:
Civil engineering major: 236 yuan/person, training fee 156 yuan/person; Agency fee: 80 yuan/person (including examination fee and textbook fee)
Municipal major: 184 yuan/person, training fee 104 yuan/person; Agency fee: 80 yuan/person (including examination fee and textbook fee)

3. Payment time: the urban area pays the fee after each student has passed the preliminary examination.
IV. Training and Examination Work
Witness sampling continuing education and training is a combination of online courses and practical courses. 8 hours for online courses and 4 hours for face-to-face courses. After the training, take a 30-minute computer test, with a score of 100 and a score of 60 passing. The test questions are in the form of single choice and true or false questions.
