Introduction to team training
Team training refers to achieving the same goal by coordinating the individual performance of team members. The focus of team training is to coordinate the cooperation between different individuals working hard to achieve the same goal. Information must be shared among members, and individual behavior will affect the overall performance of the group. For example, whether in state-owned enterprises or private enterprises (such as household appliances assembly, civil airliners), its work is done by units, groups or teams. Successful performance depends on the ability to coordinate with each other in decision-making activities, the performance of the team and the psychological preparation for dealing with potential dangerous situations.
