After installing the anti-static floor, you should also install the skirting board to increase the beauty and neatness. The skirting board must be installed firmly to ensure straightness, and the error within 5m shall not exceed 3mm.

Test flow

Professional instruments are needed for testing, such as digital megohmmeter, electrode, measuring electrode gasket, grounding resistance measuring instrument, ruler, etc. The temperature of the test environment should be between 15-30℃ and the relative humidity should be less than 70%. One end of the test electrode is placed on the floor surface, and the other test electrode is connected with the ground terminal. The quality evaluation method shall be implemented according to GB2828.

Test index

System resistance and surface resistance are the most important indicators. The system resistance of the electrostatic conductive floor should be lower than 1.0X 106 ohm, and that of the electrostatic dissipative floor should be1.0x106-1.0x10 ohm. The surface resistance should be between1.0x105-1.0x10/0 ohm. The grounding resistance of the system should meet the design requirements.

observational check

After the test is completed, it is necessary to check the appearance of the anti-static raised floor. The covering layer shall be smooth, uniform in color, free of bubbles and obvious defects. Layout paste should also be firm, no glue phenomenon.
