Regulations on coal mine safety training

The safety training time for employees in coal mining enterprises shall meet the following requirements:

(1) The initial training time for the safety qualification of the main person in charge and the safety production management personnel shall be no less than 48 hours, and the annual retraining time shall be no less than 16 hours;

(two) the joint training of the mine manager qualification and the safety qualification of the main person in charge, the initial training time shall not be less than 64 hours, and the annual retraining time shall not be less than 24 hours;

(III) Team leaders engaged in coal mining, tunneling, electromechanical, transportation, ventilation, geological survey and other work, as well as other employees newly recruited into the mine, shall receive initial safety training of not less than 72 hours and retraining of not less than 20 hours every year.
