Assistant human resource manager (national vocational qualification level 3) (one of the following conditions is enough)

1) Engaged in this occupation for more than 6 years.

2) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the human resource manager of the enterprise of Grade IV in this occupation, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years continuously.
