1, create a new white background file, create a new layer, draw a rectangle with "Rectangle Box Selection Tool", use red as "Edit-Stroke" and 3 as sketch edge;

2. Hold down the Alt key and drag the copy box with the Move Tool;

3. Open the Line Tool, tick before setting "Arrow-End Point" and draw an arrow line to finish.
