Starting from 20 19, the qualification examination will stop using the new government professional standards for psychological counselors issued by the Ministry of Rest and Social Security.
According to the new rules, the career of psychological counselors is divided into three levels, namely, psychological counselors level 3, psychological counselors level 2, and psychological counselors level 1 (undisclosed). Cancel the original titles of psychological counselor (level 3 government professional qualification) and senior psychological counselor (level 1 government professional qualification, not open).
Examination content
Psychological questioner level 3
1. Assessment content: theoretical knowledge and professional ability.
2. Question type: the theoretical knowledge is multiple-choice questions (full score 100), and the professional ability is technical multiple-choice questions+case questions (full score 100).
Psychological interrogator level 2
1. Assessment content: theoretical knowledge, professional ability and comprehensive evaluation.
2. Question type: the theoretical knowledge is multiple-choice questions (full score 100), the professional ability is technical multiple-choice questions+case questions (full score 100), and the comprehensive evaluation is paper writing (full score 100).

Registration examination requirements
(a) anyone who meets one of the following conditions may apply for the three-level psychological examiner examination:
1, with college degree or above in this major or related major;
2. Obtain a bachelor's degree or above in a non-major or related major, reach the standard number of hours after the three-level on-track training of psychological counselors, and obtain a training certificate;
3. After obtaining the graduation certificate of this major or related major in secondary vocational school, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 10 years;
4. Students with college education or above are allowed to participate in the third-level vocational and technical appraisal in the second half of the third grade. See the professional comparison table (Annex 6) for the occupations registered for the examination-education, medicine, psychology and prison science. Students of other non-related majors need to participate in training and practical training for a certain period of time, and can only sign up for the exam after obtaining the certificate of completion.
(two) anyone who meets one of the following conditions can apply for the second-level psychological examiner examination:
1, with a doctoral diploma in this major or related majors;
2. Having worked in this major for more than 3 years after obtaining a master's degree diploma in this major or related major;
3. After obtaining a college diploma or above in this major or related major, he has been engaged in this major for more than 8 years;
4. Having been engaged in this occupation for 5 years after obtaining the three-level vocational qualification certificate of this occupation;
5. Those with intermediate or above titles in psychology.
