Third-person thinking mode: I will cooperate only if both sides are beneficial. This is a win-win model. The biggest advantage of the win-win model is that it is more active. They are constantly looking for cooperation opportunities, but if they want each other to cooperate with themselves, the first thing to consider is what I can bring to each other. When you can meet each other's needs, they will consider the possibility of cooperation with you. This model is the easiest way for both parties to reach an agreement.
