1. Model Law. Model law refers to some training methods in which trainees are passive recipients of information. This method can introduce new things, new information, problem-solving methods and procedures more effectively. Demonstration method includes teaching method, audio-visual method and distance learning method. (1) teaching method. Teaching method is also called explanation method, including classroom teaching, holding lectures and other forms. Generally speaking, teaching method refers to the teacher's explanation and teaching of knowledge content to students in class, sometimes supplemented by training methods such as words, graphics and questions and answers. Teaching methods are most suitable for the situation that the goal is to acquire knowledge in a simple way.
(2) audio-visual method. Audio-visual method mainly refers to the method of training by using audio-visual technical means such as projection, slide show, vocal cords and video recording. This method can be used to show pre-recorded content to show behavior, technology or explain problems, and can also be used to record and play back students' performance in the course, which is widely used to improve students' communication skills, interview skills and service skills.
3) Distance learning. Distance learning, also known as distance education, mainly refers to the use of closed-circuit television, telephone, electronic files, the Internet and other electronic information and media technologies to conduct multi-point and large-area education and training for employees who are far away and scattered.
2. Expert teaching method. Expert teaching method, also known as transfer method, mainly refers to some ways that require learners to actively participate in learning, training and development in the process of experts' words and deeds, personal participation and interactive behavior. This method is very effective in training and development projects, such as developing employees' specific skills, experiencing the completion process and content of specific tasks, learning to deal with interpersonal problems, and understanding how specific knowledge, skills and behaviors are applied in practice. Commonly used methods include: on-the-job training, scenario simulation, business games, case studies, role-playing, behavior modeling, interactive video and Internet training. There are four methods: on-the-job training, scenario simulation, case analysis and role-playing.
3. Team building methods. Team building method, also known as team building training method or team learning method, mainly refers to a training and development method that allows trainees to share various experiences and viewpoints, understand the dynamic interpersonal relationship and its strength, establish a sense of identity with the group or team, examine the advantages and disadvantages of themselves and colleagues, and treat them appropriately, so as to improve the performance of the group or team. Team building training methods mainly include adventure learning, team training, action learning and so on. All the methods in this respect include the feeling and cognition of the relationship between team functions and interactions, the examination and discussion of relevant information, and the application of learned knowledge to make plans to improve team or group performance.
