Government full-time firefighters have no establishment, contract system, five insurances and one gold. Full-time government firefighters are employed by contract system and managed by employment system. They are mixed with the public security fire officers and soldiers on duty to jointly carry out fire fighting and rescue tasks. The fire department provides full-time firefighters with social insurance such as endowment insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, industrial injury insurance and maternity insurance, as well as housing provident fund and personal accident insurance, and provides accommodation, clothing and bedding during work.
