2. Applicants who pass the preliminary qualification examination need to pay the registration fee 100 yuan online.

Applicants who enjoy the national minimum living guarantee family should pay the fee first. Those who have not violated the examination discipline should go through the formalities of reduction and exemption with the certificate issued by the relevant unit to guannan county Talent Exchange Management Center (Room 740, Building 8, guannan county Human Resources and Social Security Bureau) within one week after the written examination, and refund the registration fee.

3. Those who pass the preliminary qualification examination and complete the payment confirmation are registered successfully.

After the payment is successful, the registration fee will not be refunded except for the eligible minimum living guarantee family members.

4. If the applicant fails to pass the preliminary qualification examination due to incomplete and inaccurate personal information, or fails to confirm the registration online on time and pay the registration fee, the registration will be deemed invalid, and the responsibility will be borne by the applicant himself.

(3) Print the admission ticket online.

Applicants who have passed the preliminary qualification examination and confirmed the payment must log in to the original registration platform to print the admission ticket within 3 days before the written test.

If the admission ticket is not printed due to the applicant's own reasons, it is deemed that the applicant has automatically waived his qualification.

(4) Matters needing attention in registration

1. Applicants must fill in the relevant information truthfully, accurately and completely according to the job requirements and online tips, and upload their recent two-inch (35×45 mm) photo with a format of jpg, and the size is below 100kb.

2. Anyone who practices fraud will be disqualified once verified.

Unless otherwise stipulated in this announcement or otherwise stipulated by the state and province, the authenticity of the information shall be subject to the actual situation at the time of registration.

3. The proportion of written examination for the position to be registered is 1:3. (3) Qualification examination

The qualification review is the responsibility of guannan county Municipal Affairs Service Center.

1. After the written test marking, among those qualified in the written test, the candidates for qualification review will be determined within the range of 3: 1 according to the order of the written test scores from high to low and the number of candidates to be recruited (those with the last tied scores will participate together).

2. At the time of qualification review, the applicant shall provide the academic certificate, online verification report of student status, ID card, original and photocopy of household registration book (Guannan graduates shall provide relevant materials of their student status).

Among them: graduates of ordinary colleges and universities in 2023 must provide the original employment recommendation form stamped by their institutions; International students are required to provide the original proof of overseas academic qualifications certified by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education.

3. Applicants who enter the scope of qualification review, as well as other top-ranking personnel, should keep the contact information provided at the time of registration unblocked after the written test results are published, so that the guannan county Municipal Service Center can notify the qualification review or make up the records. Those who fail to contact or participate in the qualification review within the specified time shall be deemed to have given up automatically.

4. If the qualification review fails, the interview qualification will be cancelled, and the written test scores will be replenished from high to low among those who apply for the written test.

(4) Interview

Those who pass the qualification review will enter the interview, and the names, written test scores and rankings of the shortlisted interviewers will be published on the website of guannan county Municipal People's Government, and will not be supplemented after the shortlisted interviewers are published.

1. Candidates who have passed the qualification review shall pay an interview fee of 100 yuan.

Those who meet the reduction and exemption policy shall go through the reduction and exemption procedures at the time of qualification review with relevant certificates.

2. Interview form and content: structured interview is adopted, which mainly examines the comprehensive analysis, professional ability, communication ability, language expression ability and gfd of the candidates.

3. Interview score: total score 100. If there is no competition in the interview, the score of passing the interview is 60 points; If the interview has become competitive, the score of passing the interview is 50 points.

The interview results are notified to the candidates by the on-site staff.

(five) the total score calculation method and announcement

The calculation method of total score is: total score = written test score ×40%+ interview score ×60%.

The total score of candidates is calculated by percentage system, and the total score is rounded to two decimal places.

The interview results, total scores and ranking will be published on the website of guannan county Municipal People's Government within 5 working days after the interview.

After the examination, among the qualified interviewers, according to the order from high score to low score, according to the number of people to be recruited in the recruitment position, the physical examination candidates are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1.

Vacancies due to unqualified physical examination and inspection can be filled in order of the total score of qualified personnel from high to low (in case of the same score, the treatment method is the same as above), and will not be filled after approval of employment.

Sixth, publicity.

According to the total test scores, inspection and physical examination results, determine the list of personnel to be hired.

Seven. Employment and treatment

If there is no objection after publicity, the employer and the employee shall sign a labor contract.

The probation period is two months. After passing the examination, sign the first three-year contract. The salary of staff will be calculated at twice the minimum wage (currently 1840*2=3680 yuan per month), which is divided into two parts: basic salary and assessment salary, and the salary of those who pass the assessment will be increased accordingly. Participate in social insurance for enterprise employees and pay housing provident fund.

Those who fail the exam will be disqualified.

Eight, discipline supervision

The recruitment work is subject to the supervision of the county commission for discipline inspection, the county people's social department and all sectors of society.
