3. Go to the local media for exposure, publicize the facts of the institution's illegal school running, and ask it to return its illegal income.

According to relevant laws, the establishment, alteration and termination of schools and other training institutions shall go through the formalities of examination and approval or filing in accordance with relevant state regulations. The establishment and operation of off-campus training institutions by private institutions shall obtain a school license, and institutions without school qualifications cannot carry out education, training and education.

To apply for the establishment of a private school, the sponsor shall submit the following materials to the examination and approval authority:

1. Bid report, which mainly includes the organizer, training objectives, school scale, school level, school form, school conditions, internal management system, fund raising and management, etc.

2. The name and address of the promoter or the name and address;

If the laws and administrative regulations do not clearly stipulate the punishment for operating without a license, the administrative department for industry and commerce shall order it to stop the illegal act, confiscate the illegal income and impose a fine of 1000 yuan.
