How do trainers distinguish between the highest level and the lowest level?
Enterprise trainer refers to a person who can study and formulate a new occupation (post) training plan in combination with economic and technological development and employment requirements, master and apply modern training concepts and means according to the needs of enterprise production and operation, plan and develop training projects, formulate and implement training plans, and engage in training consultation and teaching activities. The profession is divided into three grades, namely: assistant enterprise trainer (national vocational qualification level 3), enterprise trainer (national vocational qualification level 2) and senior enterprise trainer (national vocational qualification level 1).

The American Association for Training and Certification (AACTP) has exclusively authorized Bank Management Consulting Co., Ltd. to take charge of its business in China (Chinese mainland, Hongkong and Macau, excluding Taiwan Province Province). Mainly divided into the following three levels:

LV 1: junior trainer

More than two years working experience; Take and pass the AACTP online exam of American Training Association; Other conditions required by each certification major.
