There are two key points that will affect execution:

1. Is the requirement reasonable? Do you agree? Do you know why you are doing this? What are the advantages of doing so? If there is something wrong with the requirements themselves, then everyone will definitely not implement them well.

2. There is no reward and punishment mechanism if the inspection is not timely. Many times, there are requirements without establishing an inspection mechanism, such as daily, weekly and monthly reports, which will also lead to insufficient execution. On the other hand, doing these two points well can improve the execution to a great extent, but these are not all the factors that affect the execution, which need to be analyzed in detail. To sum up, in fact, the root cause of poor team execution is more the reason of team leadership, that is, why didn't you make it clear to the team? And constantly let the team touch your management bottom line, but the manager failed to make requirements or actions in time, so that everyone thought it was better not to do it or do it late, which affected the execution.
