1. Training materials: Try not to make the training materials too boring. Try to distribute a textbook to every worker. Textbooks should be as simple as possible. If it is an electronic textbook, it should be accompanied by more illustrations.
2. Training time: Control the training time, don't take a long break, take a 40-minute break, tell a light and humorous joke or make a light and entertaining slide show to watch during the break.
Also, try not to train when workers are tired, and try not to take up too much rest time for workers.
3. Training methods: Try not to be indoctrinated by teachers, ask more questions, so that workers can't be sleepy, distracted and interact with workers more. When giving lectures, try to quote topics related to and of interest to workers, and give more relevant examples. After the training, try to take the exam, and make a training effect evaluation if possible, including the teacher's satisfaction evaluation of the students and the students' teachers.
4. Make relevant preparations before training, including training plan, teaching materials, site and personnel notice, training AIDS, etc.
