During the contract period, the service period of the employees appointed by the company to participate in the study and training will be increased accordingly. If the study and training period in China is less than 3 months, the service period will be increased by half a year; For those who have studied and trained for more than 3 months but less than 6 months, the service period will be increased 1 year; If the study and training period is more than 6 months but less than 12 months, the service period will be increased by 2 years; If the study and training period exceeds 12 months, the service period will be increased by 3 years; If the study and training period abroad is less than 2 months, the service period will be increased by 3 years; If the study and training period exceeds 2 months, the service period will be increased by 6 years; If there is an agreement, it shall be determined in accordance with the agreed terms.

During the service period or within the period stipulated in the agreement, if the labor contract is dissolved due to the employee's request, the employee shall repay the learning and training expenses provided by the company. Since the end of the training, employees can reduce their training expenses by 20% for every 1 year of service for the company. If there is an agreement, it shall be implemented according to the agreement.

Training fee refers to the salary, living expenses, transportation fees, examination fees, tuition fees and inspection fees paid by the company during the study and training period. For those who have participated in multiple trainings, the training expenses shall be calculated cumulatively.
