Forklift driver's license (forklift license) is a special operation certificate issued by state administration of work safety in China. Forklift is only used in the workplace of the unit.

1, junior high school education or above;

2. At least 18 years old and in good health;

Above must bring my ID card, academic certificate (one for each), four recent bareheaded two-inch color photos, and a certificate of safety education, training and internship from the Quality Supervision Bureau.
