In order to train and train the students of this major to comprehensively apply the basic theories, basic skills and professional knowledge they have learned, analyze and solve practical problems and innovate, and enhance their perceptual knowledge of society and jobs, so as to facilitate students to go to jobs smoothly after graduation, the graduation internship program for undergraduates majoring in labor and social security was officially launched in May 2008 with the consent of the leaders of the college and professional teaching and research section.

Generally speaking, the work of this graduation internship activity has always been carried out in strict accordance with the procedures, standards and precautions stipulated in the "Fujian Normal University Undergraduate Graduation Internship Manual". All members of this class can strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the internship unit, and can complete the tasks assigned by the internship unit on time and with good quality with the ideological style and spirit of loving their jobs, seeking truth from facts, studying hard and working together. The overall practice effect is good, basically reaching the expected goal of professional practice.

First, the basic situation of internship

This professional practice adopts a combination of "centralized practice" and "decentralized practice", in which the centralized practice is mainly carried out in the form of practice groups in five locations, namely Fujian Social Medical Insurance Association, PICC China People's Health Insurance Co., Ltd., Employment Center of the Ministry of Labor, Fuzhou Tianxin Rehabilitation Center for Special Children and Xiamen Yongfu Building Materials Co., Ltd., with a total of 22 people; Decentralized internships are distributed in various regions and industries by individuals, with 26 people. The contents involved in the practice of this major are mainly various training activities of different nature, daily work with different characteristics and investigation and research work with different purposes. Most of the practices contacted are related to this major, which have consolidated the theoretical knowledge of interns in this class to varying degrees, enhanced their professionalism and sense of responsibility, increased their social knowledge and broadened their social horizons.

Training activities

Practical training is an important way for students to go deep into society and practice and improve their theoretical knowledge and operational skills. At the beginning of the professional practice, the internship members received training guidance from the internship unit to varying degrees, including 9 standardized training activities:

(1) Four training activities organized by Fujian Social Medical Insurance Association, namely, reflection on medical insurance for urban residents, situation and characteristics of enterprise labor relations in the new period, medical insurance policy and service management, and office management, mainly provide interns with in-depth understanding of professional theoretical knowledge, social hot issues, regional medical insurance policies and regulations, and office management theory and experience.

(2) The business training for new employees organized by 2)PICC China People's Health Insurance Co., Ltd. mainly promotes interns' understanding of commercial insurance through the introduction of various insurance business knowledge and the training of practical skills;

(3) Pre-job quality training, guided by Longhai Social Endowment Insurance Management Center, introduces the business undertaken by the unit by explaining relevant social insurance theories, policies and regulations, guides the operation method of enterprise endowment insurance management information system, and ensures interns to complete the tasks of increasing, decreasing, withdrawing and checking enterprise endowment insurance;

⑷ The "Recruitment, Learning and Training" activity carried out by Fuzhou Runze Trading Co., Ltd. allows interns to accumulate recruitment interview experience by inviting them to participate in the recruitment interview process and communicate with the human resources supervisor;

⑸ The activity of "Online Recruitment Observation and Learning" sponsored by Fujian Lu Xin Construction Supervision Co., Ltd. enriched the practical knowledge of recruiting interns in the form of online virtual recruitment practice.

Basic business operation is the most similar work of different internship units. 4. Personnel file management

Personnel file management is an extension of the field of labor relations management in this major. The members of this internship in enterprise units are mainly engaged in "enterprise recent personnel file management", which involves the management of personnel file coding, seal and file data update. Members who work in government agencies and institutions are mainly responsible for the management of social insurance information files (registration, entry, updating and checking, etc.). ), the classification and filing of labor files, and the custody of unemployed files.

3. Manpower deployment

Internship members mainly carry out internship work as office assistants and secretaries. 5. Volunteer education and counseling

In this professional practice, two girls took the role of volunteer teachers in Fuzhou Tianxin Children's Rehabilitation Center with caring for their children's healthy growth, mainly engaged in counseling special children such as deaf children, autism, hyperactivity disorder, mental retardation, language barrier, learning disability and mild brain injury.

3. Investigation and research work

The ability of investigation and research is the basic quality that college students should possess. Investigation and research work is a process in which students give full play to their professional theoretical advantages to discover and analyze problems, and then solve practical problems. During this professional internship, the internship members of this class participated in 7 research projects (including 5 projects undertaken by the internship team of Medical Insurance Association and 2 projects undertaken by the decentralized internship team of enterprises), as follows:

(1) participated in the research work of the subject "Transfer and Continuation of Medical Insurance Relationship" in charge of the Medical Insurance Department of the Labor and Social Security Department of Fujian Province, and completed the preparatory work of basic data collection in the early stage;

⑵ Participated in the research work of the Medical Insurance Association 1 project "Production, supply and sale of cheap drugs" and "Establishment of incentive mechanism, compensation mechanism and supervision mechanism of designated medical institutions". During this period, interns successfully completed the project design, conducted field interviews and investigations, and basically completed the first phase of research work;

⑶ Participate in the research work of the Medical Insurance Association's "Research on the Health Status and Security of Intellectuals in Colleges and Universities" and "Improving the Level of Overall Planning and Implementing Urban Overall Planning", mainly assisting in designing the research plan of the subject and preparing all kinds of preliminary research materials;

(4) Assist the marketing department of NetDragon Company to conduct market research in colleges and universities, mainly through designing, distributing and recycling questionnaires, collecting and sorting out the game resources in colleges and universities, so as to provide a basis for the company to further explore the game market in colleges and universities;

5) Assist the human resources department of Fuzhou Runze Trading Co., Ltd. to conduct the company's post analysis survey, design the post analysis questionnaire, distribute, recycle and make statistics, and assist in writing the job description on the basis of obtaining relevant information.

Third, the internship results summary

During the two-month internship, with the strong support and help of the leaders, teachers and counselors of the School of Management, and the hard work of the internship members, the 2005-level labor and social security major successfully completed this graduation internship task.
