When you enter ECO mode in pads layout, you can draw PCB directly without drawing schematic diagram. Click the ECO toolbar in the toolbar directly. After that, the ECO option pops up, which can be basically ignored. Click OK directly. You can enter ECO mode.

After entering ECO mode? Click Add Wires to add a jumper to both pads. Then you can run the line normally. . Of course, you can also draw directly in F2. But this is not recommended.
