Transfer from training position to personnel position
I can talk about my experience. I majored in business administration. After graduating in 2005, I worked as a clerk in a large electrical chain enterprise. At that time, I was also interested in human resources and wanted to transfer to HR internally, but I never got the chance. At the end of 2008, I read in the newspaper that a Fortune 500 company set up a branch in our city to recruit people. I was very excited. However, after reading a full-page recruitment position, I finally voted for the only position where I feel I still have some confidence. Most importantly, this position belongs to the human resources department. I feel that as long as I can pass the exam, I will be one step closer to realizing my career ideal. I was 28 years old that year, and I finally competed with a young girl who just graduated from college in the interview. Because the interviewer was told that the company was short of people and the administration needed a front desk job, I think the front desk must still be there. However, the second interview is not a simple one-on-one interview, but the group sales staff help guide the interviewer on the spot, register information and help order lunch boxes. Although I have given up hope, I have done everything seriously. Later, the application was successful at that time. After joining the company, it is not the feeling of white-collar workers in foreign companies that everyone imagined. I've been as tired as a migrant worker every day since the company was renovated and cleaned. However, there were few people in the department at that time. Besides HRM, I have two people, one is in charge of recruitment training and the other is in charge of salary and benefits. They are all experienced people, but everyone is busy. I will do some extra work besides my job, such as helping to inform and arrange interviews, handling employees' entry, working as a teaching assistant during training, arranging accommodation, ordering lunch boxes and so on. Because of their initiative, they are also willing to tell me something about their work to help me. Later, it was slow, such as screening resumes, helping new employees with induction training when the training supervisor was busy, and then transferred to the training specialist smoothly after the last two years, and then developed step by step, and achieved HRM six years later.

So, what I want to say is that age and experience are not a problem. The most important thing is to see if you have any intention. There are countless people who read HR, and those who mainly work with their brains will not escape their eyes. Finally, I wish you an early realization of your career dream!
