Suzhou University School of Applied Technology is the second one.

Founded in June of 1997+0 1 2005, the college was transformed into an independent college at the undergraduate level organized by a national "double-class" university and a provincial key comprehensive university in Jiangsu Province.

The college consists of Engineering College, Business College, Fashion College, ZTE College and Overseas Education College. There are 1 national vocational skill appraisal institutes and 1 applied technology education research institutes. It has been approved by Jiangsu International Service Outsourcing Talent Training Base, Jiangsu Service Outsourcing Talent Training Pilot University and Jiangsu E-commerce Talent Training Base. At present, it has 32 undergraduate majors and more than 8,000 students, serving as teachers with middle and senior titles in various courses.
