20xx 10 month, the company gave us a 9-day induction training for new employees. The training content is quite rich, from the company's development history and basic organizational structure to corporate culture, corporate system, corporate status and development direction; Invite managers of all departments to teach relevant business knowledge and some experience in the audit industry; Moreover, we have arranged outdoor development training to cultivate team awareness and communication skills. I have gained a lot through this training.
From the earliest local xxx firm to today's growing xxx firm, xxx introduced the ups and downs of enterprise development on the first day, letting us know the hardships of "climbing out of a bloody road", and corporate culture is a powerful spiritual power to support enterprises to tide over difficulties and keep developing.
When we choose a company, in a sense, we choose a corporate culture, so we must identify with its corporate culture and core concepts, so that we can really invest in our future work. During the training, my feeling is that the company attaches importance to people: the careful preparation of training, simple business explanation and the sharing of work experience of department managers all reflect rigor, professionalism and seriousness. The strong idea in my heart is that we must seize the opportunity to learn and keep up with them.
During the two-day business training, each department manager gave a detailed explanation of each cycle, hoping to infuse all kinds of things he knew into our minds. In the process of training, the most important thing to sum up is: how should an auditor implement the audit procedure to obtain sufficient and appropriate audit evidence to support our judgment.
As a new auditor, there is still a lot of business knowledge to learn slowly. As long as we grasp the general direction, be strict with ourselves and sum up more, we can avoid detours. The managers also put forward good suggestions for us to learn from their work experience in the future. The sharing of various experiences and career development has given me a clear understanding of the future development direction and strengthened my choice.
Someone once said: If a person wants to be happy all his life in the world, he must have a group worthy of his wholehearted devotion and contribution. Training allows us graduates from different places to get to know each other and get familiar with each other. Especially in the field development training, everyone tries their best to complete the same task, which shows that we are a team and we have the same goal. No matter how good a team member is, there will be many mistakes if there is no effective communication.
The official work is about to begin. I hope I can integrate into the team well, change from the role of students as soon as possible, be strict with myself and be an excellent auditor.
Characteristics of training summary
(1) self-nature. Summary is in the first person, starting with yourself. It is a reflection of a unit or individual's own practical activities, its content comes from their own practice, and its conclusion is also to guide their future practice.
(2) guidance. By reviewing and thinking, we can sum up our rational understanding of our past practice, find out the essence and development law of things, gain experience and avoid mistakes, so as to guide our future work.
(3) theoretical. Summary is the sublimation of theory, the analysis and study of the experience and lessons of the previous stage, so as to rise to the height of theory and extract regular things from it, so as to improve understanding, grasp objective things with correct understanding and better guide future practical work.
(4) objectivity. Summary is a process of re-understanding the actual work and a review of the previous stage. The content of the summary must be completely loyal to its own objective practice, and its materials must be based on objective facts. It is not allowed to make patchwork, but to analyze the situation truly and objectively and sum up experience.
