Although internal trainers have many advantages, they inevitably have some shortcomings. Among them, the most obvious problem is that internal trainers generally have certain defects and deficiencies in teaching skills and teaching methods. Therefore, in the process of training internal trainers, the content and direction of training are very important.

At present, a relatively perfect skill training system for relevant trainers has been established. Many enterprises have conducted comprehensive training on the training skills and methods of internal trainers by means of "training T0 trainers" and "training professional trainers", and achieved good results.
