Ordinary university flight attendants can't get on the plane directly after graduation, and they need professional training from some companies to get on the plane. Aircrew members mainly learn basic knowledge and skills such as civil aviation services, aviation first aid, civil aviation regulations, social etiquette and communication skills, makeup and image design, and carry out aviation services.

For example: the supply of passengers' plane meals, the guidance and use of on-board safety equipment, the safety confirmation in the cockpit when the plane takes off and lands, the first aid of passengers' sudden illness, and the organization of passengers to jump off the plane in an emergency.
