1, in order to regulate the behavior of gas business license and do a good job in professional training and assessment of employees in gas business enterprises, these measures are formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Administration of Urban Gas.

2, gas employees refers to the main person in charge of the enterprise, production safety management personnel, operation, maintenance and repair personnel.

3, the Ministry of housing and urban-rural development to guide the national gas practitioners professional training and assessment work.

4 enterprises engaged in gas business activities shall organize their gas practitioners to participate in professional training, assessment and continuing education of gas knowledge.

5. Enterprises or social training institutions or units engaged in professional training and continuing education for gas employees shall adopt a unified professional training plan for gas employees to carry out professional training to ensure the training quality.

6 enterprises or social training institutions (units) engaged in professional training of gas employees shall apply for professional assessment to the gas management department of the provincial people's government after the professional training.
