The internal organization and its duty room assist the leaders of the bureau (museum) to handle daily administrative affairs and coordinate the work of various departments within the organization; Responsible for bureau (museum) director, messages, documents, confidential, letters and visits, security, confidentiality, administrative logistics; Responsible for the investigation and study of comprehensive problems in the province's archives work and the drafting of comprehensive documents; To formulate the long-term and annual plans of the province's archival undertaking, and check and summarize the implementation; Responsible for the archives information work and the province's archives statistics, editing and publishing the publication "Fujian Archives"; Responsible for the daily work of the Archives Society. The Supervision and Guidance Department is responsible for inspecting and supervising the implementation of archives laws, regulations and systems in all regions and departments of the province, and investigating and handling illegal cases; To undertake the transfer, carrying, transportation and mailing out of the country of archives and their duplicates; Review and put forward the opinions of foreign organizations, individuals, overseas Chinese and compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan on the use of archives in our province; Responsible for drafting guiding documents for archival work and reviewing relevant norms and standards for archival work; Responsible for the business guidance of provincial organs, organizations, enterprises and institutions and local, city and county archives bureaus (museums); Supervise and inspect the filing of key projects, state-owned assets, major scientific and technological projects, new economic fields and new economic zones in the province; Organize and guide the development and utilization of archives information resources and the modernization of archives management in the whole province. The legal department is responsible for drafting and reviewing the normative documents of local archives; Responsible for the publicity and education of archives laws and regulations; Inspect and supervise the implementation of archives laws and regulations; Responsible for organizing the investigation of illegal acts and cases of archives; To undertake administrative reconsideration cases of archives; Handling the responding of archival administrative litigation cases and other related work; Responsible for the management of the province's administrative law enforcement personnel files. The storage and utilization department is responsible for keeping the archives of provincial units, managing the archives warehouse, checking the archives in the collection, mastering the archives storage situation, doing a good job in preventing fire, insects, mildew and theft, investigating and understanding the social needs, and providing utilization and consulting services for all sectors of society. The appraisal and sorting department is responsible for receiving and collecting files, identifying, sorting, counting, decrypting and controlling the files that have entered the library, and proposing the scope of opening; Compile various retrieval tools to describe and index documents; Be responsible for identifying and destroying expired and unsaved files. According to the needs of the party and government leading organs and all walks of life to collect archival materials and use archival historical materials, the editing and research department carries out the editing and research of archival historical materials and completes the editing and publishing of archival historical materials; Textual research and revision of historical materials. Manage the books and materials of this bureau (library) and provide services to meet the needs of archival work. The Science and Technology Department implements the policy and development plan of national archives scientific research, formulates provincial archives scientific research plans, organizes the establishment of scientific research projects and the appraisal and recommendation of scientific research achievements at or above the provincial level; Carry out research on file protection technology; Cooperate with the technical protection work such as mildew prevention, sterilization and insecticide; Carry out research on modernization of archives management and computer management; Responsible for the maintenance of all kinds of machinery and equipment in the bureau (museum). Party committees (personnel and education departments) are responsible for party affairs and supervision; Responsible for the work of government workers, youth, women and family planning, and responsible for the assessment, recruitment, deployment, promotion, rewards and punishments, wages and personnel file management of government cadres and workers; Responsible for the education of the archives system staff in the province and the related work of the professional and technical post evaluation and employment of the archives staff in the province; Responsible for the service management of veteran cadres. The training center is mainly responsible for the professional training, qualification training and continuing education of archival cadres, and is responsible for the unified planning and guidance of the education of archival cadres in the province. The information center is responsible for the daily management and technical guidance of the digital construction of archives in the province; Responsible for the management and maintenance of the province's archives network and website; Responsible for the collection, integration, development and utilization of archival information resources in the province, and implement the * * * sharing of archival information resources in the province; Timely release the website information of provincial libraries on the government affairs network and the Internet; Responsible for the backup of distributed file database and data submitted by provincial filing institutions, and provide electronic file storage and access services.
