Through the two-wheel drive of stock and increment, the level and competitiveness of China's human resources will be improved, and by 2035, the proportion of China's main working-age population with higher education will increase to more than 40%, and the education level of the main working-age population will increase to more than 12.5 years, reaching a level roughly equivalent to that of high-income countries.
