Ingredients of the original Sufulei: milk (100g), butter (30g), low flour (15g), eggs (2) and sugar (35g).

1. Prepare the baking bowl, coat the inner layer of the baking bowl with butter, then pour in the powdered sugar and shake it to make it evenly distributed on the inner wall of the bowl. Put milk, butter and 5g sugar into a pot, and heat over low heat to melt the butter.
2. Turn off the fire and add the low powder and mix well. Reheat with a small fire, and leave the fire after it becomes paste. When the batter is slightly cold, add the egg yolk. Stir well.
3. Add the remaining 30 grams of sugar to the egg white and stir until it is wet and frothy. Preheat the oven and mix the egg whites and egg yolks evenly by stirring.
4. Pour into the baking bowl and fill it in 9 minutes. Bake it in the oven.
Main ingredients of Shufulei cheesecake: cream cheese (300g), butter (45g), egg yolk (57g), fine sugar (with egg yolk) (20g), corn starch (1 1g), milk (150g) and egg white (95g).
Exercise:
1, the cheese is softened in warm water and whipped smoothly. Add melted butter. Stir well and set aside.
2. Add sugar to the egg yolk and stir well. Add corn starch and stir well. Pour the boiled milk into the egg yolk and stir it while pouring.
3. Then heat the mixed yolk paste with low fire, stir while heating, and turn off the heat after it becomes paste. Pour the egg yolk paste into the cheese paste and beat well.
4. Cover with a wet cloth for later use. Freeze the egg white in the refrigerator until it turns into a thin layer of ice. After taking out, add sugar in three times and beat the egg whites until wet and foaming.
5. Mix the egg whites and cheese paste three times. Put the baking paper into a circular mold, pour in the cheese paste, smooth the surface slightly, and bake in the oven.
