From June 5438 to February 2006, the school was officially handed over to the Higher People's Court of Shaanxi Province for management, and became the education and training base for judges and bailiffs of the Provincial High Court, undertaking the task of education and training for judges and bailiffs in the province.

On September 22nd, 2008, the Supreme People's Court decided to establish Xi 'an Judicial Police Branch of National Judges College in our school. On June 5, 2009, it was officially listed and became the only judicial police training school in the national court system.

After the school was handed over to the court system, under the strong support and careful guidance of the the Supreme People's Court Police Department and the National Judges College, under the correct leadership of the Shaanxi Provincial High Court, and through the joint efforts of all the teaching staff, the transformation from railway police education and training to judicial police education and training was successfully realized. In terms of judicial police training, several national judicial police training courses for senior and intermediate police officers, national criminal trial police safety training courses for court system and several short-term training courses for judges have been successfully held; In terms of academic education, the college undertakes the teaching tasks and student management of the judicial police specialized class of the National Judges College. The first class of students graduated successfully last year, and the second class is currently studying at school. This year, the Ministry of Education allocated 300 students to the judicial police college enrollment plan.
