Forklift driver's license is a special operation certificate issued by state administration of work safety, People's Republic of China (PRC). Forklift is only used in the workplace of this unit. Before taking the forklift license, you must first learn to drive a forklift, and you must be trained through a formal training institution. Then the materials submitted by the training institutions will be assessed by the personnel of the Municipal Safety Supervision Bureau, and the forklift license can only be obtained after passing the theoretical and practical operation examinations.
