Oracle ACE certification can be described as "Oracle ACE Program", which aims to recognize and reward Oracle developers and DBAs who have contributed to advocating and popularizing Oracle technology.

ACE winners will be based on their contributions to the Oracle technical community. The current ace list includes many famous figures: Kate Tom, Lewis Jonathan and so on.
