1. Units or companies or factories and workshops shall at least abide by the safety training system.

2. The attached table must include: trainer's name, type of work, training content, training time, whether the test results are qualified, lecturer's name and professional title.

3. If special training is involved, such as special welding equipment, the training time should be based on new training or retraining, or routine training in the production process.
