However, in the emotional state of elimination (such as ② fear, ③ anger, ④ pain, ⑥ anxiety, ⑧ sadness, ⑧ disgust), negative emotions will weaken people's physical strength and energy, make people feel tired, lack of energy, have no interest in activities, have slow thinking and reduce their judgment ability. Negative emotions will also reduce people's self-control, make people impulsive, lose their minds, and often do things they regret afterwards.
(2). The harmfulness of negative emotions

Case 1: Chen Xiaogang is a student in a secondary vocational school. He plays basketball well, but he has a bad temper. He scored again and again in an inter-school basketball match. Anger is a normal emotional expression of human beings, but it becomes a problem once it is excessive. In the negative emotional state of anger, Chen Xiaogang failed to control his impulse, which caused bad consequences.
Case 2: Xiao Wei and Xiao Qiang are classmates. Physical education class usually runs fastest 100 meter. When attending the school sports meeting, Xiao Wei was very nervous, afraid of running badly, while Xiao Qiang went into battle lightly. Xiao Wei didn't play his normal level in the state of negative emotions, which shows that negative emotions have affected people's normal level.
Case 3: One day at noon, Xiao Wang's father gave his favorite football to Xiao Wang Mai. When he arrived at school, he recited the text, which was effortless at all. Case 4: Xiao Li didn't finish the duty work. According to the class rules, he had to scan again after class. When scanning again, Jamlom called his nickname and laughed at him. Xiao Li hit Jamlom in a rage and was punished.
This example shows that Xiao Li is impulsive and his self-control ability is reduced in a negative emotional state, which shows that negative emotions have an impact on people's reason.
Case 5: There is an example in which a careless doctor made a mistake in the diagnosis reports of two patients. Patients without cancer tendency are extremely sad, painful, anxious and emotionally unstable because of the wrong diagnosis report. Not long after, in the review of the hospital, I really found the tendency of cancer. (3) Understand the methods of emotional management and be the master of your own emotions.
Students, you are all secondary vocational school students aged between 15 and 18. This stage is the most vivid period for your body to continue to develop and your personality to form, and it is also the "storm period" and "dangerous period" for your psychological development direction. Emotion also shows the characteristics of extremes and volatility, contrast and closeness, continuity and infectivity, impulsiveness and explosiveness. Now I often hear students say things like "so depressed", "so bored", "so bored in life" and "don't want to study". From time to time, I will see from the newspaper that some middle school students commit suicide because of the pressure of study; College graduates suffer from depression because they can't find a job, and even self-destruct; News of students drawing swords at teachers or classmates in class and so on. Faced with all this, we all feel how important it is to manage our emotions. To maintain a good emotional state, we must know some ways to adjust our emotions.

1, divert attention.
To divert attention is to shift attention from things that cause bad emotions to other things, so as to free people from negative emotions and stimulate positive and happy emotional reactions. The shift of attention can be achieved by changing the focus of attention. When you are in a bad mood, you can do something you are usually interested in and do some activities you are interested in. By playing games, playing chess, listening to music, watching movies, reading newspapers and other legitimate and meaningful activities, I can free myself from negative emotions. Distraction can also be achieved by changing the environment. When a person's mood is not ideal, taking a walk outdoors and playing in a beautiful environment will make people feel refreshed and forget their troubles. 2. vent your emotions reasonably.
I don't know if the students have noticed the scene when watching TV movies: someone ran to the wilderness, the seaside and the mountains to shout freely, or desperately hit a tree, or ran wildly because he was in a bad mood. This is a reasonable way to vent emotions. Reasonable venting refers to resolving the bad emotions in the heart in an appropriate way on appropriate occasions, and venting can prevent the harm of bad emotions to the human body. It has the following ways:
(1) Crying-appropriate crying.
From a scientific point of view, crying is a self-psychological protection measure, which can release the energy generated by bad emotions and adjust the balance of the body. Crying is a good way to relieve tension, trouble and pain. After many people cry, the pain and sadness will be much less.
2 shout-shout once.
When you are troubled by bad mood, you might as well shout once. Vent your inner depression through quick, powerful and unrestrained shouting.
(3) v-talk to relatives and friends.
Telling friends is a good way to vent. Hiding unpleasant things in your heart will increase your psychological burden. Finding someone to talk about their troubles and their own feelings can not only make them feel comfortable, but also get comfort, inspiration and solutions from others. When a person is depressed, he is often inactive. The less active you are, the less likely you are to divert your attention, the lower your mood, and the more likely you are to form a vicious circle. Therefore, we can change the bad mood by running, playing ball and other sports activities.
Of course, reasonable venting is different from indulging your feelings, and it is also different from willfulness and nonsense. If you vent at will regardless of time and place, you will not only be unable to control bad emotions, but also have adverse consequences.
The best way to adjust emotions is to learn to adjust yourself.
3. Learn to control your emotions.
Controlling emotions is to achieve "emotional regularity" and "emotional moderation".
"Often have emotions" is in line with nature and common sense. Be happy when you are happy, and be angry when you are angry. It is human nature that emotions can be expressed at appropriate times and occasions. However, when expressing emotions, don't let them develop. There are many allusions in China's history and novels. For example, Wu Zixu, a general of Chu State, passed Zhaoguan and lost his head overnight. In Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Zhou Yu was furious and vomited blood and died. Niu Hao's happy death in The Biography of Yue Fei is an expression of excessive emotion. Therefore, the expression of emotions should be controlled to a certain extent and scope. Happiness cannot get carried away; Don't fly into a rage when you are angry; Sadness cannot be sad; Fear can't be panicked, it can be "eased". Otherwise, your physical and mental health will be affected by emotions.
There are many ways to control emotions. Now let me introduce two.
① Self-suggestion method
In negative emotions, a person can motivate himself through famous sayings, epigrams or heroes, thus effectively controlling his emotions.
First, let's do a little experiment: you calm down, say "laugh" and "laugh" in your mind and imagine these scenes. How would you feel?

You may feel very happy. This experiment shows that language can hint people's emotions. ② Deep breathing method
