The results of the first-class cost engineer's professional qualification examination shall be managed in a rolling way. Those who take the four-subject examination (with unified examination level) shall pass all the examination subjects in four consecutive examination years, and those who take the two-subject examination (with exemption level) shall pass the corresponding examination subjects in two consecutive examination years before applying for the qualification certificate.

Those who have obtained the professional qualification certificate of the first-class cost engineer and signed up for the examination of other professional subjects (the subject level is added to the major) may be exempted from the basic subjects, and pass the corresponding examination subjects for two consecutive examination years, and can apply for the corresponding professional examination certificate as the basis for increasing the professional category when signing up.
