Cultivation methods: four main types
Training mode refers to the way of receiving education and training in schools or training institutions. Generally speaking, there are four main training methods: unified, directional, entrusted and self-raised. These four culture methods will be introduced in detail below.

Unity: Non-directional Culture

Training funds are distributed by the state, and after graduation, they will find another job under the guidance of employment policy. It is necessary to transfer personnel files, organizational relations, salaries, etc. during the study period, which is related to the training unit. Compared with directional culture, fractionation is also called non-directional culture.

Directional students: Directional culture

Directional training is a kind of training method that the state provides funds and returns to the original unit for employment after graduation. There is no need to transfer all kinds of relationships and materials during the study period. Directional students sign a contract with the unit when they enter school and need to go to work after graduation.

Entrusted training: entrusted training by the unit.

Commissioned training refers to the school or training institution accepting the entrustment of the unit to train students for it. The expenses are paid by the unit, and students need to return to their original units after graduation.

Self-financing: self-financing training

The difference between self-funded and other types mainly lies in tuition fees and work arrangements. You need to pay your own tuition at your own expense, which is different from that of publicly funded students. Self-funded students need to bear their own training expenses.
