Party committees at county and township levels should strengthen education and training in rural party member, build and make good use of township party schools and party member activity rooms, and pay attention to the use of modern information technology to carry out education in party member. Township Party committees shall conduct at least 1 training for all party member in batches every year.
The National party member Education and Training Work Plan clearly requires:
The education and training of party member in urban and rural communities and party member, a student of various schools at all levels, are organized and implemented by local township party committees, street party committees and school party organizations, while the education and training of party member, a new economic organization and a new social organization, is organized and implemented by the party organizations at the next higher level at least once a year. And the time is generally not less than 16 class hours, among which the leading members of party organizations and party building instructors in new economic organizations and new social organizations are generally not less than 24 class hours.
Party member education and training for party and government organs, state-owned enterprises, institutions and financial institutions shall be organized and implemented by the Party organizations of the units where they work, and shall be conducted at least once a year for a period of generally not less than 24 hours, among which the members of the leading bodies of the Party organizations shall generally not be less than 40 hours.
Other types of education and training in party member at the grass-roots level shall be organized and implemented by the Party organization at the next higher level according to the subordinate relationship.
Party member leading cadres who are included in the education and training of Party committees and cadres at all levels should take the lead in participating in the education and training of party member in their own units, in addition to earnestly implementing the relevant requirements of cadre education and training.
