In the process of learning, I learned the following points:
First, learn the concept of entrepreneurship. At present, more and more laid-off workers start their own businesses or start their own businesses to achieve re-employment and create wealth. Entrepreneurship is not only to achieve employment, but also to realize the pursuit of life and its own value.
Second, we should concentrate on learning entrepreneurial knowledge, learn the conditions needed for entrepreneurship ~ relevant policies and laws ~ take fewer detours in the process of entrepreneurship, reduce unnecessary losses, and insert powerful wings for entrepreneurial dreams.

In this training, the teacher's patience, meticulous professionalism and students' serious and positive learning attitude deeply touched me. According to the different characteristics of each student, the teacher hands-on guides each student to learn to make a business plan, explains every idea and problem in an easy-to-understand way, and never lets students leave the teacher with problems. Some students even gave up their jobs temporarily in order to devote themselves to their studies, because everyone didn't want to live up to every drop of sweat of the training teacher and wanted to gain happiness in the hardships of learning. Through training, everyone has mastered the systematic knowledge system of entrepreneurship, clearly understood the market situation and entrepreneurial environment of the industry they are engaged in, learned how to organize, plan, implement and become bigger and stronger, and what is more rare is to learn the thinking mode of making decisions based on their own reality, and the comprehensive quality of entrepreneurship has been greatly improved.
Through this training, I have a deeper understanding of the operation of my hotel management project, and I have summed up "four essentials"
First, survival. In the conflict between dream and reality, survival is the first need. At the beginning of starting a business, especially in extremely difficult times, enterprises must first learn to live.
Then consider growth, but the dream goal cannot be changed.
Second, study. Learn in the crisis, improve the ability to resist risks, make use of targeted study in this period, practice internal strength hard, accumulate team strength, enhance internal management tension, and prepare for post-crisis development.
Third, pay attention. We should pay special attention to the changes in relevant national policies and market environment, make good use of favorable policies, and adjust corporate strategies at any time.
Fourth, we must sum up. Seriously sum up the past experience and think about the future development and business model.
