I. Application conditions

1. Citizens of this city or other provinces and cities who are healthy, have strong language skills, have a high school education or above, have not received criminal punishment (except negligent crimes), have full capacity for civil conduct, can meet the needs of tour guides, and hold temporary residence permits issued by local public security organs can apply for the exam.

2. According to the relevant provisions of DocumentNo. [2008] 174 of the National Tourism Administration, China citizens who are permanent residents of Hongkong and Macao who work, study or live in Jiangsu can register for the qualification examination of tour guides in Jiangsu Province. See Annex 3 for registration conditions and requirements.

Second, the registration procedure

1. Travel agency employees are collectively registered with the local tourism bureau by the travel agency, and provincial travel agencies directly register with the provincial tourism bureau. College students and social workers, as well as recent graduates of tourism vocational high schools and tourism technical secondary schools majoring in tour guides, apply directly to the local tourism bureau. China citizens who are permanent residents of Hongkong and Macao who work, study or live in Jiangsu can apply to the local tourism bureau for registration. Municipalities need to report the relevant materials confirming the registration qualification to the Education Department of the Provincial Bureau, and the registration qualification can be confirmed only after examination.

2. Candidates who have obtained the tour guide qualification certificate (excluding those who have obtained the intermediate tour guide qualification certificate) and apply for the additional test in other languages need to submit the original and photocopy of the qualification certificate within the validity period and apply for the "on-site tour guide" test in the additional test language.

3. Personnel who are transferred to our province to engage in tour guide work with the Certificate of Tour Guide from other provinces and cities need to go through the formalities of "replacement in different places", submit the original and photocopy of the certificate within the validity period, sign up for the "on-site tour guide" exam, and those who pass the examination will go through the formalities of replacement of tour guide IC cards.

4. At the time of registration, all applicants are required to provide the Registration Form for Jiangsu Tour Guide Qualification Examination (attached), the original and photocopy of academic certificate and ID card, and four one-inch red photos. Candidates who meet the conditions for extra points are also required to provide the original and photocopy of relevant materials.

5. Candidates who participated in the additional test and changed their certificates in different places before February 28, 2007, in addition to the original and photocopy of the qualification certificate, must also submit the tour guide IC card; The issuance date of the qualification certificate is before February 28, 2007. Those who have not applied for the IC card of the tour guide shall not participate in the additional and make-up examinations in different places. After passing the examination, the additional candidates need to withdraw the original "Tour Guide Qualification Certificate" and turn it over to the provincial bureau for replacement procedures.

Candidates from all cities can register directly at the local tourism bureau. Please contact the local tourism bureau for the specific registration time. The deadline for registration in the province is September 1 1.

Third, pre-test training

Candidates can voluntarily sign up for pre-test training to enhance their practical application ability and improve their professional quality and business skills. In order to ensure the quality of training, it is recommended that candidates choose provincial-level designated tourism industry job training units for training.

Fourth, the examination arrangement

(1) Written examination

1. The scope of the proposition is subject to the Outline of Qualification Examination for Tour Guides in Jiangsu Province printed by Jiangsu Provincial Tourism Bureau.

(2) On-site review

1. The on-site examination adopts indoor simulation form and is organized by the Provincial Tourism Bureau. See the admission ticket for the time and place of the examination, and the results of the on-site examination and written examination will be uniformly announced.

2. The contents of the on-site examination include: general situation of the city (including the introduction of local economy and culture, see Appendix "Introduction to the City" for details), introduction of scenic spots, norms of tour guides, adaptability, knowledge of scenic spots in 5A, and comprehensive knowledge questions and answers. For questions and answers about the exam, please refer to the guide book of Jiangsu Province. All foreign language candidates should not only take the above-mentioned examination contents in the examination language, but also read and retell the intermediate foreign language essays related to tourism.

Location (7) of on-site examination for China candidates in Nanjing: Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum, Ming Tombs, Linggu Temple, Yuhuatai, Presidential Palace, Confucius Temple and Zhonghua Gate.

On-site test sites for Japanese candidates in Nanjing (7): Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum, Ming Mausoleum, Linggu Temple, Presidential Palace, Confucius Temple, Zhonghua Gate, Memorial Hall for Victims of Nanjing Massacre by Japanese Invaders.

On-site test sites for foreign language candidates other than Japanese in Nanjing (6): Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum, Ming Mausoleum, Linggu Temple, Presidential Palace, Confucius Temple and Zhonghua Gate.

The contents of field trip in Suzhou (8 items): general situation of Suzhou, Suzhou culture, Suzhou gardens, Humble Administrator's Garden, Hanshan Temple, Tiger Hill, ancient water town and upstream water.

There are seven scenic spots for the on-site examination in Wuxi: Lingshan Scenic Spot, Lingshan Gong Fan Scenic Spot, Xi Hui Scenic Spot, Chicken Farm Park, Yuantouzhu Scenic Spot, Liyuan Scenic Spot and the Three Kingdoms Water Margin Scenic Spot of Wuxi Film and Television Base of CCTV.

Changzhou Site Examination Attractions (7): China Dinosaur Park, Tianmu Lake, Tianning Temple, Hongmei Park, Yancheng, Jintan Jin Ao Crocodile Paradise and Dongpo Park.

Attractions for on-site examination in Zhenjiang (7): Jinshan, Jiao Shan, Beigushan, Nanshan, Maoshan, Baohua Mountain and Museum.

Seven scenic spots in Yangzhou: Slender West Lake, daming temple Scenic Area, Geyuan, Heyuan, Hanling Garden, Wang's Yard and Yangzhou Eight Eccentric Memorial Hall.

Scenic spots of Nantong on-site examination (7): Langshan, Junshan, Haohe, Nantong Museum, Rugao Water Painting Garden, Suzhong Seven Wars and Seven Jies Memorial Hall, Nantong Abacus Museum.

There are seven scenic spots in Lianyungang: Huaguo Mountain, Island Resort, Liandao and Wan Yu Scenic Area, Kongwang Mountain, Donghai and Hot Spring Resort, Anti-Japanese Mountain Martyrs Cemetery and Dayi Mountain Scenic Area.

There are seven scenic spots in Xuzhou: Huaihai Martyrs Memorial Tower Garden, Han Culture Scenic Area (Chu Tomb, Han Terracotta Warriors Museum), Yunlong Mountain (yunlong lake), Guishan Han Tomb, Circus Stage, Xuzhou Museum and Water World.

Zhou Enlai Memorial Hall, Zhou Enlai's former residence, Zhou Enlai's childhood reading room, Wu Cheng'en's former residence, Ming Zuling, Qing Yan Park, Han Xin's hometown scenic spot, Hongze Lake and Hongze Lake levee.

There are seven scenic spots in Yancheng: Yancheng Science and Technology Museum, Yancheng Shipyard Hehaiyan Cultural Scenic Area, Dongtai Yongfenglin Agricultural Ecological Park, Yancheng National Rare Bird Nature Reserve, Dazong Lake Tourist Scenic Area, Dafeng Elk National Nature Reserve and the New Fourth Army Memorial Hall.

Scenic spots for on-site examination in Taizhou (7): Mei Lanfang Park, Guangxiaolu Temple, Qintong Ancient Town, Qinhu Scenic Area, Fengcheng River Scenic Area, Yinjianghe Scenic Area, and Huangqiao Campaign Memorial Hall of the New Fourth Army.

Suqian on-site examination scenic spots (7): Longwang Temple Palace, Wang Xiang's hometown, Xuefeng Park, Roman Lake Tourist Resort, Shuyang Yuji's hometown scenic spot, Siyang Plain Forest Scenic Spot and Sihong Hongze Lake Wetland Park.

(4) Results and proofs

In 2009, the total score of three written tests reached 180, and those who scored 60 points in the on-site test passed the test. The scores of candidates who failed the exam will not be retained and will not be retaken.

In order to further strengthen the construction of foreign language tour guides in our province, establish a tour guide team with complete languages and reasonable structure, and continuously explore the international tourism market in our province, candidates in foreign languages other than English and Japanese in the 2009 tour guide examination in our province meet the following conditions, and the written test scores will be given appropriate points. The specific bonus standard is:

(1) Koreans apply for Korean tour guides, and the written test 10 score;

(2) Those with a bachelor's degree or above majoring in small languages will apply for the language they have learned, and the total written test score will be 10;

(3) For those with professional titles such as applied language translation, the total score of written test is 20 points.

Candidates who meet the above bonus points can only get one bonus point, and may not accumulate bonus points.

20 10 the examination results will be announced in early February. Those who passed the examination began to issue tour guide qualification certificates in late February of 20 10, and the tourism industry departments of municipal tourism bureaus applied for tour guide IC cards according to regulations.

In 2009, the textbook "Tour Guide Service Skills" of the province's tour guide qualification examination was completely revised. Some contents of "Knowledge of Tour Guide Regulations" have been adjusted according to the new management regulations of travel agencies, and some errata have been corrected in "Basic Knowledge of Tour Guides". In addition to individual errata, the appendix of Jiangsu Tour Guide Basic Knowledge has also been adjusted. Candidates are invited to buy a new printed version of the textbook in May 2009.
