There is a powerful embedded training center near wanda plaza, which seems to be called Hopei Technology. Last free lecture on hardware and software, I listened to their lectures, especially the explanation of pull-up resistor, decoupling capacitor and two-layer board wiring. The theoretical explanation they gave was wonderful, which really linked the theory with the actual design.
