Ingredients: 200g beef, some toothpicks, cooking wine, salt, soy sauce, sugar, pepper, onion, garlic, ginger, Orleans barbecue, starch 1 spoon, and a little white sesame.
Exercise:
1. Slice the beef.
2. Add a little salt, cooking wine, sugar, soy sauce and barbecue material to the sliced meat and massage evenly. There is salt and pepper in the barbecue material, and other seasonings can be added less. I'm afraid the barbecue material is too spicy, so I don't add much barbecue material.
3. Add starch, continue to stir evenly, then cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
4. Soak the toothpick in water.
5. Cut the seeds, ginger, garlic and onion from the pepper.
6. Bacon slices are strung together with toothpicks.
7. After the oil is hot, add the mutton string and fry until the color turns white.
8. Pick up the oil control immediately.
9. Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add the pepper and the general onion, garlic and ginger and saute until fragrant.
10. Add toothpick meat and the remaining onion, ginger and garlic, stir fry quickly, and finally sprinkle with white sesame seeds and mix well. Don't stay too long, or the beef will get old.
