Recently, all grade groups in our life department have carried out a series of discussion and exchange activities with the theme of "teachers' morality". I listened carefully to many teachers' work speeches and gained a lot. Here, combined with several years of work experience, I want to express my humble opinion.

First, the work of a life teacher must first reject impetuousness. Floating on the surface, a superficial work is easy to be false, easy to be empty and impractical; It is difficult to calm down when you are impatient, and it is easy to get angry in the process of doing things. When you are angry, you will have a big temper. When you are angry, you will easily have conflicts, which will affect the quality of our life management and the good relationship between teachers and students. Our life teacher is with students all day, engaged in dialogue with life, and can't be impetuous in the face of people with flesh and blood and feelings. Therefore, in the busy work, our life teacher should give himself time and space to think and make his work calm, peaceful and patient.

Second, life teachers should have their own nobility. We need to have our own nobility, the nobility of this job, and our own specialty. For example, the training and learning activities we are carrying out now are that schools and departments "want me to develop". However, it is not enough to passively let a person develop. Through exchange and study, let everyone have the impulse to express "I want to develop" and actively develop and improve themselves. "I want to develop" should be an indispensable part of our professionalism.

A philosopher once said that there are four things in life that can't be ignored: (1) supporting oneself (2) supporting parents (3) raising children (4) contributing to society. And the most important thing is the fourth thing, to exchange one's own labor for social rewards to achieve the first three goals. Turn work into a responsibility, full of emotion, give birth to enthusiasm and passion. Always keep it in mind, grasp it in your hand and implement it.

"A person can have no power, but can be very influential; He can have no wealth, but he can be very rich. " Enrich yourself and develop yourself with noble knowledge. Advocate that life teachers are knowledgeable and make our education warm and wonderful. This is another noble concept of wealth.

Third, be good at discovering happiness around you. In monotonous and repetitive work, our life teachers tend to reduce happiness, exaggerate pain, suppress superiority and make public modesty. In fact, in real life, as long as we pay enough attention to happiness, we will find that happiness is intensively poured into our ordinary posts and hits our hearts so frequently. For example, the writer Bi Shumin said in Reminding Happiness: "Our nerves are sensitive to misfortune and disaster, but dull to happiness. Happiness often flashes before our eyes, but we turn a blind eye. Sometimes happiness stays in front of us for a long time and we turn a blind eye. " Yes, in the days with students, we should always remind ourselves to find happiness around us. Just like watching the sun often in cold weather, my heart becomes warm and bright unconsciously. Be a happy life teacher with a grateful heart and be a happy life teacher.
